The following Payment Policies and accepted methods of payment form part of Sydney Onsite Computer Services' Terms of Service:
We accept ONLY the following payment types:
• Cash
• Direct Deposit
• EFTPOS (Cheque Account or Savings Account)
• Credit Card (1% surcharge applies to cover transaction processing)
1 Payment is due strictly at the completion of service. No exceptions.
2 Late payments and/or refusal to pay will incur a surcharge of $100.00 per day additional to the invoice total until monies have been received. Failure to make these payments within a 5 day period will result in the matter being referred to the appropriate agencies for retrieval.
3 Services are charged at a flat hourly rate for the first hour and in 15 min increments thereafter.
4 Any parts required for the rectification of problems diagnosed are at additional cost to the customer aside from the service charge.
